Actress Tori Spelling and her husband, actor Dean McDermott, hold an estate sale to raise funds for the purchase of a bed-and-breakfast.

Tori and Dean meet colorful characters as they search numerous small towns for the perfect bed-and-breakfast.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott make an offer on their dream location but all does not go to plan.

The renovations have begun and decorator Mike stops by to make grand plans. Tori and Dean decide to save money and do some of the work themselves, but when Dean gets called out of town for work he has to leave his very pregnant wife alone in charge.

Tori and Dean decide to throw a grand opening party, even though the renovations of the inn are far from done. But as they prepare for the big event, they realise that it is too much to take on for Tori who is heavily pregnant.

The couple visit the doctor's office to make sure the baby and Tori are doing fine. Dean has to pull an all-nighter at the house to complete last minutes projects so that everything will be ready for the big bash.

Tori and Dean welcome their first guest to Chateau La Rue. Dean is left in charge of all the cooking and cleaning. In the middle of the preparations for the guests' first breakfast at the inn, Tori goes into labour.

Tori and Dean return to Los Angeles for their child's impending birth.
